Dr. Gabriel Benzecry

Dr. Gabriel Benzecry, Assistant Economics Professor and Bretzlaff Scholar at Northwood University, specializes in Austrian economics and the history of economic thought. His research delves into the intellectual legacies of economists and political philosophers such as F.A. Hayek, Abba Lerner, Oskar Lange, Ludwig von Mises, Friedrich List, and John Locke.

Dr. Benzecry believes that in an era when academic freedom is gradually diminishing, Northwood stands out as a haven for scholars who value independent inquiry and the exploration of subjects that coincide with current trends in acadamia.
